Lord, I heard your call, “Come unto me”
Your love and mercy have shown me the truth
May I never forget your kindness and blessings
Nor the transformational power of your Word
Because I have chosen to believe
You have freed me from the chains of the world
Delivered me from evil and broken my bonds to sin
Set me free with your forgiveness
Restored me from my suffering
Given me the faith of a child and met all of my needs
Allowed your Spirit’s “living waters” to flow through me
Help me to never forget the “lamps” of my past
that shined in the darkness of my life
I now know that life is more than claiming you as my Savior
I must yield to your truth and Spirit
A complete heartfelt abandonment to a life in you
Filled, flowing and swimming in “living water”
Fill my heart with your “living water”
May it flow through me to renew others
Just as you have renewed and transformed me
