Be still and know that I am your God
Sit quietly in My presence
I will refresh your mind, heart and soul
Be in constant communication with Me
I will put My thoughts into your mind
I am the author of peace
Think only on what is good and pure
Be positive by always looking for what is excellent
Focus on Me for I am worthy
I am before all things
I called the world into creation and created humankind
I have loved, cared, protected and provided for you
Whoever believes in Me will have everlasting life
Trust in Me and have faith in My promises
I know your troubles; they will be vanquished
Your battles are mine for victory shows My power
I do not tolerate what is against My will
Depend on the weapons of My Word and Spirit
The victory is mine; the joy of victory is yours
Do not keep My blessings to yourself
Pour out My blessings to others
