For our sake, you endured the cross and you scorned its shame and you sit at the right hand of the Father
The cross is the pinnacle example of your obedience and love for God
The cross is the nature of God’s unconditional love and unselfish nature, sacrificing His only son for our sins
Your cross shook the foundations of hell and triumphed over sin and evil
Guide me to my cross, O Lord
The cross is the center of salvation, the point where God and man merge and new life begins
You laid down your life and shed blood to clear the path for our salvation
You endured the shame of the cross for our reconciliation with God
Your humble mission redeemed us all from the curse of sin

May I take up my cross with obedience and love
The cross is the door to a life with Jesus and a love that flows eternally
Help me O Lord, carry my cross and may my soul live in your heavenly presence
Teach me the value of life’s thorns and may my cross glorify you
